The Atlassian Statuspage integration enables Statuspage, an incident management toolset, to be viewed in Zendesk Support, Chat, and Guide.
For Support and Chat, the integration is available for customers on the Team plan and above. For Guide, the integration is available for customers on the Guide Professional or Suite Growth plan or above.
Atlassian Statuspage integration for Support
The Atlassian Statuspage app for Support provides agents the ability to view status page incidents whilst viewing tickets, and keep up-to-date on any changes. They can inform a customer associated with a ticket by pasting incident information as a comment.

Atlassian Statuspage integration for Chat
The Atlassian Statuspage app for Chat allows agents to view status page incidents in Chat and see when new incidents occur or maintenance is underway. They can keep customers informed by adding incident details in the chat message.

Atlassian Statuspage integration for Guide
For Guide, the Atlassian Statuspage integration incorporates a status page banner on help center pages. This provides visibility of any incidents to customers, keeping them informed of service disruptions and changes to an incident status.
