As described in Using the BCC email address for external email messages, you can use a BCC email address to attach email messages that are sent or received at external email addresses (not used in your Sell account) into a contact’s card and also into specific deals you have with a contact.
Using Yesware, you can streamline this and never have to manually enter the BCC email address into the email messages that you want to send to your Sell account.
Unlike many of the other integrations in Sell, you set up Yesware outside of your Sell account. Yesware integrates with Google Mail (and Microsoft Outlook, which is not covered here).
To use Yesware to send BCC email messages to your Sell account
- Install Yesware in your Google Mail account (see Yesware for Gmail).

Copy your Sell account BCC email address.
You can find your Sell BCC email address on any of your contact cards. You have one BCC email address for all the contacts in your Sell account.
Note: Zendesk Sell used to be called Base. - When you create a new email message in Google Mail, you'll see a button called CRM. Click it to add your Sell account BCC email address. You only need to do this once.
Your BCC email address is added to all outgoing email messages. If you don't want a specific email messages to be sent to Sell, click the CRM button and the BCC email address is removed from the email message.
