Issue Symptoms

I received a message from Zendesk saying that the payment was not successful. Here's the error message:

Error processing transaction.054 - Expired Card

Resolution Steps

The [54] Expired Card code error indicates the card used to pay your subscription has expired. To fix this issue, submit payment from a different credit card that has not expired.
