Accessing our Learning Management System
Are my LMS credentials the same as my Zendesk credentials?
No. The LMS is a separate system from your Zendesk account, so your Zendesk credentials are not applicable. You will need to create a free account at training.zendesk.com in order to register for our training courses.
How do I know if I already have an account?
If you’ve never logged in to training.zendesk.com, you do not have an LMS account and will need to create one for free. Can’t remember? Email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help.

Online Training Offerings
Do you offer courses in other languages?
Yes, the majority of our foundational courses for Zendesk Admins are available in the following languages: Spanish, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, and German. Filter by language on our on-demand course catalog to find available courses.
Which courses do you recommend for new Zendesk users?
If you're a Zendesk Admin, we recommend starting with a foundational learning path. Each path consists of a series of short courses and modules and are geared towards helping new admins learn their Zendesk products quickly.
What is the difference between private training and on-demand training?
On-demand training includes our free, self-paced courses and learning paths for admins, agents, and developers. Theses courses are available online and free to use as many times as you'd like.
Private training courses are paid and hosted remotely by a Zendesk Trainer and tailored for you and your team. Private training can be purchased online.
Will I receive a certificate if I complete an online course?
Take one of our learning paths and earn a badge upon completion. Add your badge to your LinkedIn profile and circulate it with your colleagues.
Do you offer any live training events?
Zendesk Training Days are live, interactive events that give our customers a chance to share challenges and learn from our expert trainers. Each training includes different scenarios and troubleshooting activities while also allowing time for lots of Q&A.

What is the benefit of earning a Zendesk Certification?
A Zendesk Certification proves that you have the knowledge and skills necessary to implement, configure, and manage our solutions. Getting Zendesk Certified can also boost your earning potential and increase your opportunities for career growth.
What steps should I take if I want to become Zendesk Certified?
We recommend at least 3 months of in-product experience before signing up for a Certification Exam. We would also recommend taking advantage of our free online courses and learning paths geared towards preparing for a Certification Exam including our product learning paths and Certification prep paths.
