Question
When I click Edit on any record, I see the Sell standard fields before my Additional Fields. Can I delete the standard fields so I can see my custom fields first? Can I reorder or remove fields on the Edit page of a lead, contact, or deal?
Answer
You cannot remove or reorder standard fields from Sell. Admins can add custom fields if you need to track additional information that is not available through the standard fields. You can find custom fields under Additional Fields on all leads, contacts, and deals cards, which you can reorder in your settings.
Tip: Display only mandatory fields to speed up your editing workflow by selecting the Only show required fields checkbox on the Edit page of any lead, contact, or deal card.

This may be a deal breaker, our leads don't have an industry or social media info. It would be extremely helpful to hide this to reduce clutter and confusion with our sales staff. There's no way to do this?

I'm afraid that we are currently not able to support this functionality. However, you can configure fields to be mandatory (required) so that they are always completed when creating or editing leads, contacts, and deals.

This is very frustrating. I cannot remove facebook page or fax number? Why would fax number be an unremovable field in 2025? This seems like VERY basic capability. Are there plans to change this?
