Why do I receive the error app not configured for user when I try to sign in to my Zendesk account with Google Single Sign On (SSO)?
Answer
When you set SSO, you need to configure the Zendesk SAML app in your Google settings with a Google admin role.
When configuring your Google settings, set the entity with the https:// protocol.
