As described in Using the lead status label, you can track at what stage you consider a lead to be in your sales process (for example, New, Working, and Unqualified). You can create your own status label and apply them to your leads. The Lead Status report provides you with a visual representation of how those labels have been applied and distributed across all your leads.
To view the Lead Status report
- From the Reports page, select Marketing Effectiveness > Lead Status Report.
The graph view of this report provides a visual representation of the number and percentage of lead statues that have been applied to your leads within a given time period. Hovering over each graph segment shows you the total number of times the label has been applied and the percentage of that to the total of all lead statues used.
When you switch to the table view of this report, you’ll see the same data in a table format.
You can define a different time period and also add filters to view only teams, groups, or specific users. You can also filter by tags.
