Issue symptoms
When I try to create a report, I get this error: No data available. Check your filters and calculations.
Resolution steps
This error message indicates that Explore could not find any data that matched the criteria set in your report.
- Check your time filters. Most often, this issue is the result of date filters being too restrictive. Try adjusting your filters to encompass a broader range and make sure you use the right filter for your report.
- Check that you selected the correct channels. Explore identifies as Web any tickets submitted through a Support web form, the Web Widget, or created by an agent through the Support interface.
For more information, see the article: Working with report filters.

Drill-in and Decompose features will also display "No data available" if used on data filtered only to NULL values.

same problem here, it works if I change the account name, it is affected mainly by the date range, however we can see data that should display the one requested, in this case June 2022. There if a bug around here.

Guys this seems like an issue to me - WHY Zendesk can't show me the data I need??
IF I search for these tickets manually - I do see tickets matching my filters EXIST during that time period that I choose. I do not choose a specific day - even if I ask to show me the data for the last 30 days - STILL I SEE THIS ERROR "No data available. Check your filters and calculations."
This is not what I paid for - I upgraded the Zendesk to be able to use Explore but I can not=(((
Help please!

Can this message be customized to show blank instead of the error message, which looks ugly if multiple reports are placed on a dashboard.

I agree with Pascal and would like it if we could customize it to show blank or a customized message instead of this error message as we have these reports being sent to customers and it does not look great if there were not any tickets created for one of the widgets we report on.
