I am done testing my trial and want to purchase Zendesk. After my trial has expired, how do I pick a plan and select a paid subscription?
Answer
You must be the account owner to access your subscription options and move to a paid subscription. For more information about the rules for buying Zendesk products, see the article: Who can purchase?
The process for moving from a trial to a paid account is the same as the process for changing plan subscriptions described in this article: Buying Zendesk products. Any settings changes that you made which correspond to your new paid plan level will remain in place once you purchase the plan.
