The Copenhagen theme is enabled by default when you set up your help center. This is a best practices, mobile-responsive theme.
Note: To download a copy of the latest default Copenhagen theme, see Adding a help center theme to Guide.
You can update the Copenhagen theme in the following ways:
- Update the look and feel. You can easily add your branding to the Copenhagen theme by updating the images, logo, colors, and font in the Settings panel (see Branding your help center). You can find recommendations for image and logo sizes for the Copenhagen theme in the branding article.
-
Update design elements and functionality. You can easily hide and show some
common search functionality and knowledge base and community elements in your theme in the
Settings panel (see Hiding and showing elements in your Copenhagen standard theme).
Note: You can customize your theme by making changes to the underlying code (not available on Suite Team). If you customize the code for the Copenhagen theme, it becomes a custom theme. If you update only options in the Settings panel, it is still considered a standard theme.

Hello!
We'd like to direct link one of the "categories" blocks on the homepage to an article.
Guessing that the code would be similar to the workaround provided above for the link to the Community page...can anyone help?
Thank you!

Hi Mikell,
I ran a few searches in the Community and found a post which has a comment describing a solution to link a category block to an external website. You could potentially use a similar setup but with a URL to your specific article rather than an external site. You can find that here: How do I link a category title to an external site?
I hope that helps!

We have noticed that the In this article and Articles in this section lists do not switch over to the drop-down menu format as expected for devices with smaller screens of a specific size (e.g.1024x1732), resulting in a block of white space under the title. The longer those lists are, the longer the block of white space.
Is there anything we can do to correct this?
Thank you!

Can I edit the names of the 2 boxes (FAQ & Announcements)? Can I add more boxes if I want?

The names of the boxes correspond to the category or section in your help center. You'd just need to edit the category or section name in Guide help center for it to update on the site. If you want to add more boxes, you'll need to add more categories or sections. Here's an article which goes in to detail about how to do each of those things:

I hope this helps!

Can we add another layer so that our current content structure will have four tiers? In such case, we will be able to categorize our guides based on which portfolio they belong to. Thank you!
