If you support multiple brands, you can associate a brand with each of your X (formerly Twitter) accounts.

Tickets created through your X account will have the brand that you associated with that account. If you change brand for a X account, any new tickets will have the updated brand, but any existing tickets will not be updated.

To set brand for an X account

  1. In Admin Center, click Channels in the sidebar, then select Messaging and social > X Corp accounts.
  2. If you haven't already done so, click Add X Corp account to add the X account you want to monitor.

  3. Beside the X account, click Edit.

  4. Select a Brand from the drop-down menu, then click Update X Corp account.
