Question
If I enrolled a person in a sequence and I send an email to them in the meantime, does that stop the sequence? Will I disrupt a sequence in Sell if I send an email?
Answer
Manually sending an email in the middle of a scheduled sequence does not stop the sequence. Email sequences must be ended by a Sell user or admin on the Lead () page.
For more information, see the article: To stop an email sequence.
Tip: Explore available Zapier integrations that can stop an email sequence when a sales rep sends an email.

I may have accidentally scheduled a large group of leads for the wrong sequence. Is it possible to un-enroll, or stop the sequence for a large group of leads at the same time? I'm looking for a solution that's similar to the way you can add up to a thousand leads to a sequence at the same time.

Hi Katherine,
API is the only way on a signal for batch unenroll from a Sequence. So you can either stop them one by one by visiting each lead card or via API, described here: https://developers.getbase.com/docs/rest/reference/sequence_enrollments under
“UPDATE A SEQUENCE ENROLLMENT”
If you can’t do it via API you can use “Ongoing Sequences” smartlist column to see which leads are currently in that sequence.
Hope this works for you.
