When I try to add a Facebook page that I am an administrator to my Zendesk account, I receive this error message: No new Facebook Pages available for identity.

Resolution steps

This error message may appear when the owner of your account changes. To fix this issue, you need to do a full reauthorization of your Facebook page.

To fully reauthorize your Facebook page, follow these steps:

  1. On Facebook, login as your admin Facebook profile, and not the page > Settings & privacy > Settings
  2. Go to Business integrations to see the list of integrations connected to your Facebook account

  3. Next to Zendesk, select Remove to delete this integration from Facebook

  4. Open an incognito or private browsing window in your browser, and complete the re-authorization steps
