Issue symptoms
When I try to add a Facebook page that I am an administrator to my Zendesk account, I receive this error message: No new Facebook Pages available for identity.
Resolution steps
This error message may appear when the owner of your account changes. To fix this issue, you need to do a full reauthorization of your Facebook page.
To fully reauthorize your Facebook page
- On Facebook, login as your admin Facebook profile, and not the page > Settings & privacy > Settings.
- Go to Business integrations to see the list of integrations connected to your Facebook account.
- Next to Zendesk, select Remove to delete this integration from Facebook.
- Open an incognito or private browsing window in your browser, and complete the re-authorization steps again as outlined in this article: Reauthorizing the connection between Zendesk Support and your Facebook pages.
Additional resources
If you've received an email notification that your Facebook page needs to be reauthorized, follow the instructions in this article: My Facebook integration stopped working.
If you are unable to connect your Facebook account to Zendesk for the first time, see this article: I can't add my Facebook account to Zendesk.

Hi Gina,
Thank you for reaching out. I apologize for the inconvenience regarding the outdated guide and screenshots for resolving issues with Facebook pages.
To address the issue, you simply need to remove the existing integration and then reintegrate the page. You can follow the instructions provided in this Meta guide on how to remove the Zendesk and Facebook integration: Remove Zendesk and Facebook Integration.
After you have successfully removed the integration, please attempt to reintegrate the page and check if the issue persists. If you continue to experience problems, don’t hesitate to reach out to us via our web widget chat for further assistance. You may also follow this page Contacting Zendesk Customer Support
