    We have the following problem with the above product.unfortunately we need a change of account holder as he is no longer in the company.this change is necessary to pay the invoice.could you please help me ?

    Hello,

    I am trying to create a report via Explore reporting and analytics. It says I do not have access and I have followed the guide on how to find my admin, but I do not have the view where I see team members.

    I have watched the video and it is very straight forward, but in my admin centre I do not see the People view.

    It seems like you're currently a Contributor on the account. This means that you do not consume a paid agent seat; hence the Explore Viewer role that you're currently on which does not allow creation or customization of reports.

    Yes I understand this and why I ask who is the owner for Naty AB reports. I need to create a report for all customer complaints.
