As an Admin can I get a notification every time someone submits something, and it is in moderation status?

Is there a way to export this activity or pull it/monitor it via the API?

You can subscribe to the content moderation queue so that you are alerted when there are posts or comments in the queue. The queue is checked every four hours, and if there is content in the queue, you will receive an email notification.

Is there supposed to be a way to scroll through all the activities?  Right now, I can sort by date and see the most recent 10 activities or the oldest 10 activities but nothing in between.  No filter, no paging - am I missing something obvious?
