Is it possible to view user information on a ticket, such as their IP address or the device the ticket was submitted from?

If this information is captured by the communication channel, these details can be viewed within the ticket events. To view user details, click the events icon in the conversation header in the Zendesk Agent Workspace. If you don't use the Agent workspace, click the Conversations dropdown under the active comment area, then select Events.
