Where can I see the external ID after it's been set?
Answer
To set the external ID
The external ID for a user can be set during a bulk user import, using the API or SSO.
To view the external ID
The external ID can be found on the user profile page, in the bottom left corner, with the last login metadata.
Note: External IDs aren't associated with users by default. You must set them to view this data on end-user profiles.

Hello,
If the organization external ID is incorrect, could this lead to the organization not populating when trying to link the end-user to the organization?

Hello Sharon,
Were you able to resolve this question? If not, allow me to provide my insights on this matter. This could definitely lead to data not populating as the organization and user profiles have different external IDs that can be set for.
