Can I perform a bulk opt-out action from my Leads page?

I have several leads that have requested to opt-out of email communication. Is there a way to opt-out all of these leads in a bulk action to prevent sending emails to them?

Answer

There is no bulk action to unsubscribe users from email communication within Sell. To action an opt-out request, you can add a custom field or a tag to update individual leads that choose to opt-out of communication.
