What happens if a scheduled dashboard delivery is set for the 31st?

When is a scheduled email sent if I select the 31st of every month as the delivery date?

Answer 

If you set the 31st of every month as your delivery day, and there are not 31 days in a month, then the email delivery will be skipped that month.
