I have an expired theme trial and would like more time to evaluate the help center theme.

Resolution steps

You can achieve this by deleting the trial theme through self-service.

Note: Any existing theme copies and settings will be lost. A new trial will be created with the default settings and configurations of that theme.

Steps to delete a trial theme

  1. In Guide Admin, open the Themes page.
  2. From View purchases, delete the trial theme.delete_theme.png
  3. Select a new trial of the theme from the theme marketplace.
