The skills-based routing settings in Admin Center are moving to a new page called Skills.
The new page for skills-based routing will be located in: Admin Center > Objects and rules > Business rules > Skills. There are no changes to existing functionality or settings.
If you’re participating in the Routing EAP, you will continue to see a Routing page as well, dedicated to omnichannel routing settings only.
Once omnichannel routing is Generally Available (GA), it will move to a new Omnichannel routing section within Objects and rules.
Why is Zendesk doing this?
We are moving skills-based routing in preparation of the new Omnichannel routing features, currently in early access.
What do I need to do?
You don’t need to do anything. Your account will be updated automatically. After the rollout, go to the new Skills page to make updates to your skills-based routing settings.
