I received the error: Explore failed. There was a problem exporting your Smart List when attempting to export contacts from a smart list in Zendesk Sell.
The export fails when certain columns in the smart list conflict with the export tool.
To resolve the error, export your smart list without the column values below.
- Ongoing Sequences
- Completed Sequences
Note: The Next email column will not cause the export to fail, but will not be present in the exported file.
