I set up single sign-on (SSO) and provision agent roles through Okta. How can I configure a light agent role through an identity provider, such as Okta?

Answer 

The light agent role is considered a custom role. To set a light agent role after you set up your SAML SSO, provide the role Agent to the profile and set the custom role attribute. To get the custom role IDs, use the Custom Roles API.
