I set up single sign-on (SSO) and provision agent roles through Okta. How can I configure a light agent role through an identity provider, such as Okta?

The light agent role is considered a custom role in Okta. To set a light agent role after you set up your SAML SSO, provide the role Agent to the profile and set the Custom role attribute to Light agent in Okta:
To get the custom role IDs, use the Custom Roles API.
