Why is my text cut off on the Transfer to agent step of my answer flow?

This step has a 101 character limit. Characters above this limit will not appear in the message sent to your visitors.
To avoid this situation, keep the character count to 101 or fewer. If your phrase is exactly 101 characters, it will appear in full. Additional characters won't be displayed.
