This article describes how to use Zendesk Admin Center to reset a team member's password. Team members are your staff, agents, and admins.

The Zendesk Admin Center provides a single location for resetting a team member’s password across products.

To reset a team member's password

  1. In Admin Center, click People in the sidebar, then select Team > Team members.
  2. On the Team members page, click any team member to access their settings.
  3. Select the Account tab.
  4. Click Reset Password.

    An email is sent to the team member with instructions for resetting their password.
