Issue symptoms
When end users or agents try to sign in through an SSO provider, they are redirected to one of the following pages:
Resolution steps
This page doesn't exist
If agents see this error, team member SSO might not have been configured correctly, or the return URL is not redirecting the agent to the agent dashboard.
If the end user seeing this error is authenticating through SSO, the help center is not enabled for end users. Activate the help center to rectify this behavior.
Access denied
If agents see this error, team member SSO might not have been configured correctly, or the agent wasn't authenticated correctly through SSO.
If end users see this error, they are being redirected to the agent dashboard instead of help center. Share the link to your help center with your end users instead.
