This functionality is part of AI agents.
If you have created a created a conversation bot, you can edit or delete your bot as needed. You must be an admin to manage bots.

Editing a bot
You can edit an existing bot to make changes to it.
To view and edit your bot
- In Admin Center, click Channels in the sidebar, then select AI agents and automation > AI agents.
- Click Manage conversation bots.
- Click the name of the bot you want to update.
- Expand any section to edit the bot.
Your changes are automatically saved as you make updates.
Deleting a bot
If you are no longer using a bot, and do not plan on using it in the future, you can delete it. When you delete a bot, any connected channels will revert to their default response settings.
- In Admin Center, click Channels in the sidebar, then select AI agents and automation > AI agents.
- Click Manage conversation bots.
- Click the Row actions () menu for the bot you want to delete, then select
Delete.
The bot is removed from the bot list. This action cannot be undone.
