Issue symptoms
I'd like to create a webhook to notify users when a deal, contact, and company data in Sell is updated. However, I cannot create webhooks for Sell.
Resolution steps
Webhooks are not available in Zendesk Sell. Instead, use the API or a third party application, such as Zapier.
Note: Zendesk Support can't provide support for third-party apps or custom code. Reach out to your developers or the support email address of the third-party app under "App details" in the App Marketplace or try searching for a solution online.
