On the Advanced settings page for your advanced AI agent, client admins can manage the website your AI agent is integrated with, the allowlist of IPs able to connect your AI agent and CRM, and the internal comment about your AI agent.
Managing the AI agent's website integration
In your AI agent’s advanced settings, you must list the website the AI agent should be served from. This is the website where your AI agent should appear and interact with users.
- In AI agents - Advanced, select the advanced AI agent you want to work with.
- Click
Settings in the sidebar, then select Advanced settings. - Under Website integration, in Subdomain, enter the subdomain of the website that your AI agent should appear on.
- In Frame ancestors, enter the website that’s allowed to render a
webpage in an <iframe>, <object>, <embed>, or <applet> HTML
element.
This enhances the security of your site by helping to protect against clickjacking attacks.

- Click Save.
Managing the AI agent's allowlist
The allowlist is a list of IPs that are allowed to connect your AI agent to your customer relationship management (CRM) platform or other trusted systems.
For details and a list of specific IPs to add, see Allowing IPs to connect advanced AI agents to your CRM.
Adding an internal comment about your AI agent
You can add an internal-only comment about your advanced AI agent. This is a helpful way to record specific information about your AI agent (such as setup details that aren’t captured elsewhere) that’s relevant for anyone with access to manage this AI agent.
- In AI agents - Advanced, select the advanced AI agent you want to work with.
- Click
Settings in the sidebar, then select Advanced settings. - Under Comments, in Add a comment, enter the internal-only information
you want to record.

- Click Save.
