This article contains the following sections:
  • Viewing a list of your dynamic content
  • Searching your dynamic content
  • Organizing and viewing your dynamic content

Viewing your list of dynamic content

You can view a list of all your dynamic content.

To view your dynamic content
  1. In Admin Center, click Workspaces in the sidebar, then select Agent tools > Dynamic content.

  2. View the list of dynamic content.

You can organize your dynamic content by categories, if you want. The list of dynamic content items contains the title, placeholder name, default language, the date of the last update, and status.

The status can be either of the following:
    • Current means that the default content and all the variants are up to date.
    • Out of date means that one or more of the variants are out of sync with the default content. In other words, the default content was updated and one or more of the variants were not. This status gives you a quick way to locate content that may need a translation update.
  3. Search for dynamic content as needed.
  4. Take any of the following actions from the Dynamic content page:
    • Create dynamic content and variants.
    • Edit dynamic content by clicking the item's title, then clicking Edit.
    • Delete dynamic content and variants.
    • Import and export dynamic content.

Searching your dynamic content

You can search your dynamic content by title or placeholder. Additionally, the content in your dynamic content variants can be searched. You can search in any of the languages you've used in your dynamic content variants.

To search your dynamic content
  1. In Admin Center, click Workspaces in the sidebar, then select Agent tools > Dynamic content.
  2. In the search bar, enter a dynamic content title, placeholder, or content in a variant, then click Search.
Results are ordered according to relevancy, as follows:
  1. Placeholder, but only exact values are matches
  2. Title
  3. Content

Organizing and viewing dynamic content by category

You can also organize your dynamic content into categories. This is done in the same way that you can organize your macros: just add the category name and double colons (::) to the beginning of the dynamic content title. You can then filter the list by category.
