Zendesk Workforce Management (WFM) is enhancing WFM user management by releasing the bulk user management feature.

What is changing?

We're introducing the WFM bulk user management feature, which allows admins to manage auto tracking and task lock settings for team members in bulk. This means that instead of configuring these settings individually for each team member, admins can now apply changes to multiple team members at once, significantly reducing the time and effort involved in managing team member settings.

Why is Zendesk making this change?

This new feature greatly improves the efficiency of WFM user management.
