Zendesk Workforce Management (WFM) is enhancing the scheduling experience by allowing you to revert to the last published state and reset all changes made to shifts.

This announcement includes the following topics:

What is changing?

Now, on the schedule page, you have a button to revert the schedule to the last published version. This action applies to a specific period and a selected set of agents, allowing you to control which changes to revert.

Why is Zendesk making this change?

The ability to easily return to the last published schedule gives you the freedom to experiment with different scheduling scenarios without worrying about the actual agent schedules. In just a few clicks, you can completely undo all changes and start from the last published state.

What do I need to do?
