Zendesk is moving the activation of the Google Calendar integration for Zendesk Workforce Management (WFM) to Zendesk Admin Center.

What is changing?

Activating and deactivating the Google Calendar for Zendesk WFM integration is moving from the Integrations section of Zendesk WFM into Zendesk Admin Center.

Why is Zendesk making this change?

This change is introduced to provide a unified space and experience for admins to manage integrations available for Zendesk WFM in the same way as they manage other Zendesk integrations.

What do I need to do?

No action is required. This change does not introduce any additional steps for customers who have already been using the Google Calendar integration for Zendesk WFM.
