Zendesk is excited to announce that App Builder is now generally available to all customers on Suite or Support Professional and higher plans. App Builder is a no-code, AI-powered tool designed to make it easy for anyone to create custom apps within Zendesk—tailored to your unique customer and employee service workflows. With App Builder, you don’t need any coding experience or developer resources, making it simple to build the solutions you need without waiting for new product features.

Zendesk is launching App Builder, a new no-code, AI-powered app development solution built right into the Zendesk platform. With App Builder, you can:
- Create and refine custom apps within Zendesk using plain language prompts.
- Expand Zendesk’s capabilities to support your unique workflows and business requirements.
- Build apps that connect to external data sources, automate agent tasks, or display contextual information—all without writing a single line of code.

What do I need to do?
App Builder is now available to all customers on Suite or Support Professional and higher plans. To get started, in Admin Center, click Apps and integrations in the sidebar, then select Apps > App Builder.
