How to auto fill subject field in request form

Hello, I am wondering if its possible to autofill the subject line for a specific request form? The link to the form is https://support.vida.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=1500001057501

You can use javascript to autofill the subject line in your request form. This question has been answered here.

Thanks for the heads-up on those links, I'll see if I can get those fixed. In the meantime, you can prepopulate the Subject (and other) fields in your ticket forms using Javascript: Prepopulate the fields of custom ticket forms
