We need to measure linked ticket in a specific section for a specifik user segment

  • What is the problem?

We can not measure which internally (for our agents) published articles are linked in tickets

  • Why is it a problem?

We can not see which articles are used the most and thus needs to be completed and published to the users

  • How do you solve the problem today?

We used to have a report in Good data for this but that one is gone now

  • How would you ideally solve the problem?

Be able to report on linked ticket in a sprecific section where the article has the visible to: X

  • How big is the problem (business impact, frequency of impact, who is impacted)

We miss the top trending internally publsihed articles that are linked in ticket
