Colour coding tickets

Hello please can there an option to categorise/flag tickets (maybe colour code or similar) in assigned ticket to help agents get a visual priority levels?

As an example Microsoft Outlook provides colour coded categories which is really useful.

I was looking for the same exact thing. Freshdesk has this integrated. Would love to see such an option in the admin section.

Sadly, our company does not allow for that Chrome extension. This is a feature my team would also like to see move forward at some point. Color coding tasks would be very helpful.

Thank you so much for this feedback. Color coding tickets (or certain sections for the Ticket UI) is something we're looking into but I don't have any timelines or confirmation I can provide yet. We are collecting feedback such as yours and potential use cases for this type of UI customization. I will be adding your (and Richard's and Katie's!) feedback to our research. Thank you again!

I would like the row in the VIEW to be displayed in BOLD or different colour depending on certain values (e.g. Organization is = Company1 - text is red and backgroung is yellow) or to have a different background, for example green if TAG contain customer.
