New Ticket Creation Layout Feedback

Zendesk Layout when creating tickets has changed. Why has this changed?

Our team feedback is: "Its clunky, Just doesn't feel as responsive, Also big empty space and the subject bar text box is very small too"

"Before I could fill in a title and quickly click on the textbox below to fill in the details now there is a large void and have to drag the mouse to the bottom of the screen.Just feels more sluggish/less user friendly"

I agree it was a bad move. I also don't like that I have to click a pop-up box 'Restart Task Player' every time I want to view a task.

The new layout takes longer to process every task because it doesn't give the option to open a task with a right click into a new tab.

I've requested to revert to the original layout but have been told it's not possible anymore.
