    Hi There,

You could look at creating a ticket form that your contractors can use to submit their job completion details and attach pictures to the form submission?

    Hi MarketSpark,

Interesting use case! I've seen this before -- a couple things for you to consider:

    1. How do you feel about your installers becoming Light Agents on your account? I ask this because if you're ok with that, you could create a macro for them to use on an install ticket and have them use it to update you with all the necessary details.  I'd recommend restricting them to seeing tickets only within their group or organization (see roles on an Enterprise plan)

    2. If you prefer to keep the installers as end users, I'd suggest creating a form just for them to fill out on your Guide site. You can do this using a separate brand so they have a different landing page than your customers, or if you don't mind the customers seeing the form, you can just use your normal brand. On that form I'd recommend having the installers identify which install they did either with a number or account name of some sort (hard for me to suggest something more concrete without more specifics about your setup and volume). This way you can match up the installer's submission with a given customer when you receive the ticket.

Feel free to let us know if this helps or if not, happy to expand as needed.

    Sincerely,

    Heather
