Remove "Dashboard/Get Started" button

This is a simple request to allow us to remove the Dashboard/Get Started button at the top of Zendesk.

Once we have gotten started, it defaults to the Dashboard, and there is really no need to go back to the Get Started page. Instead it just takes up part of the screen when viewing the Dashboard.
