External Facing Forms: Multi-Select / Drop-down Fields - Allow Type Ahead

On the external, end-user facing forms via the help center portal, I think it would be helpful to make a multi-select or drop-down custom field be searchable by allowing "type ahead" functionality.  This way end-users don't have to scroll through a long list of options potentially.  Agents can currently do this in the Support UI on both drop down fields and multi-select fields.

We have received this request from many of our users as well, since many of our dropdown fields have hundreds of values.

+1 We have received this feedback from customers very often. As mentioned, Agents are able to do this when they fill out a ticket field, and the same functionality should be present on customer facing forms/fields. Please implement, we have one field with hundreds of field options and the customer experience is poor.

+1, this is definitely a quality of life for our end-users. Customer experience is 'the' hot topic right now. Hopefully, we'll get some traction on this!
