Feature Request - Inserting macros at the text cursor position

Hello!
Our team would appreciate the possibility of inserting macros at the position where the text cursor is currently located.
The current behavior is that the macros are always inserted at the end of the message.
There are some cases where agents are in the process of typing a reply and it would be very convenient to be able to insert a macro somewhere within the body of the existing message.

Please also note that "functionality" is the quality of being functional or not. The ability to insert macros at cursor position is a "feature", not a "functionality".
Examples:
"This product offers high functionality." = it is highly useful
"We have implemented a new feature." = a new option

We heard you! We are very close to releasing this change in the next couple of weeks - should be sooner. I'll update here once we are done. This change will be applied to composers on Agent Workspace :)

Yes, please. This simple feature should have been implemented years ago. One of many little workflow enhancements that would make Zendesk much easier to work with.
