Adding a Web support request form;

Hi Everyone,

In our site, there is a contact us page.

I would like to add a support request form in that page and that it would integrate with zendesk business rules.

I don't want to add a widget or anything else - just a contact form page with ticket fields and etc..

Is there a way I can do that?

      In setting up a ticket form, without the web widget, to your “contact us” page, the available option we recommend to you is setting it up via API.
       
      Our default setting for ticket form is with the use of web widget and your use case appears to be a custom setting to build and implement.
