CHAT api: where to see Chat created using POST https://www.zopim.com/api/v2/chats

Hi all,

I am using POST https://www.zopim.com/api/v2/chats to create  chats and I am also able to get the result using GET https://www.zopim.com/api/v2/chats created by POST but where to see these chat on Zendesk UI that I am using with trial version of Zendesk Suite Professional. 

Kindly look into it.

Hey Deepak,

You can find these under the visitors tab of your Zendesk instance. Please note that you have to be listed online as an agent to get notified of new chats. I'd suggest reading through our getting started guide

Hi Eric,

Thank you for the reply but I would like to inform you that the visitor tab is not visible in my zendesk UI as I am using trial version of professional Suite plan.

So , Could you please help me enabling the visitor tab?

This is how my chat dashboard look on my Zendesk Trial Suite Professional Version.
