New Team Members Page - inefficient

The new teams members page feels a bit wonky and inefficient. Where do I add new users? And if a user happens to already have an end user account, there is no quick way to convert them to a team member without having to go back to the Zendesk Support page (as opposed to staying in Admin).
Not to use too many strong words, but I absolutely hate that there are still some things that require me to go back and forth between the new Admin Page and the Zendesk Support page. Unless you can figure it all out, I feel like separating ZD Admin from ZD Support is a total waste of my time and makes my life so much harder.
Similar to a Customer Support team/agent, efficiency and easy of use is everything. The more I need to click through things and go back and forth, as an Admin, the more I'm slowed down.

Hi Yunmi Zaccaro,
Thank-you for spending the time to provide feedback. The new Team members page is still a work in progress and I admit we haven't explained that very well.
We are working on including the display of roles, add team member and seat usage before this page becomes the default experience. We will then be including better Groups management, CSV export and Bulk management of product access & role to name a few of the planned features.
Regarding the converting of an end-user to a team member. Can you provide a little more information on your specific use case so we can think of the best solutions to this problem.

Yes, it took me awhile to find how to add user, no link on the new page the old page has the link.

Hey there,
The Team Members page has now been released! It includes a new Add Team Member flow that flags when users already exist and gives you quick next steps. This release is the first step in making team management simpler.
We hear you RE: needing to jump back to Support for certain functions. To get features to you sooner, we're doing things in stages. Export and groups (like Tom said above) are the next features to be released with the goal that eventually, admins will no longer need to jump between Admin Center and Support to manage Team Members.
