    Hello Joanne Stauffer, to track source effectiveness, lead sources are transferred to deal sources, here's you can read more. So looking at won/lost/unqualified deals by deal source should answer your analysis. 

    If you still want to have information about source on Contacts, here's an article with available workaround.
