Show a warning message when clicking an external link provided by a customer

    Thank you for your feedback and suggestions. I can definitely see how this will help prevent agents click on malicious sites.

    I do have some good news of a feature that my team and I are developing which is set to rollout in a couple of months called Malware Scanning in the Support product. The first release will asynchronously scan file attachments as well as links to file attachments. If the file attachments are deemed malicious there will be a warning designation to agents. 

    This is our first step in our journey to protect customers! Here is a post that share more about it, however there will be an official announcement later when the feature is available for all customers and more details
