Customers can provide links to external sites for a variety of reasons in a support interaction. Sometimes these links can be malicious and it's not always possible to tell based on the URL.
In Zendesk Support, it would be helpful to display a warning message when an Agent clicks an external link to confirm they wish to continue. This extra step may help prevent an Agent from accessing a nefarious site.
Such a feature would likely benefit from being configurable under Ticket > Settings.
