Setting A Default Form For Slack Requests

Hi All

Wondering if there is a way in which i can set up the Slack integration in a particular channel to use a specific Zendesk form rather than than standard one that appears with the the /create_ticket command?

Are you using a specific prebuilt Slack integration to do this, or something like Zapier to build a workflow from scratch?

Hi CJ,

Using the prebuilt Slack integration but have also looked at Slack's workflow builder forms and Zapier.  I found too many limitations with the Slack forms which is why I wanted to try and use the form I already have in Zendesk.

Thanks for the reaching out re. this feature. While this is not something the integration can currently support, I am able to confirm that custom ticket forms in the Slack integration is something that our product team is actively building towards, although there is no currently released timeline for the feature. I would recommend keeping an eye out on our release notes page for updates/EAP information as it comes.
