Feature Request - Guide Editor - Infobox

Hi
I'd like to suggest to update your editor to have "info boxes" (info, warning, success, error, alert) like some editors have (JIRA, Bookstack, etc).
It's easier to write an article using this boxes to highlight things.
At Zendesk editor I need yo use bold/colored text and it's not good.

Hi Tia L,
It is still on our roadmap but unfortunately, due to other necessary work, we had to delay the start of the work on editor improvements. We are planning to pick it up again in Q4 this year.

Thank you very much for this suggestion. You'll be happy to know that we are working on modernizing our article editor and we are expecting a lot of improvements and new features in 2023. Pre-defined callouts is one of them :)
