Help Center: Submit Request section - some input boxes missing

    Hi kushal kulkarni, it could be that the 'Permissions' for those two fields are set to 'Agent only'. You can change this from the 'Admin Center':

    You'll need to make the fields 'Editable for end users'.

    If that's not the problem, you should check that you have those fields added to the Ticket Form that's displayed on your Help Centre.
